    Great food!
I got the chopped steak. Very savory which is what I've been craving. My boyfriend got the fish and chips. Which I've never had cod before & we both thought it was delicious.

Katy the bartender was able to make some recommendations, which helped us with our dining experience. Other nearby servers were friendly and helpful as well.

Restaurant is clean which is expected for a slow lunch.
If I can critique one thing, it would be don't allow your hosts to shove food in their mouths as customers walk in, to the point that they can't greet us.

In sum, great first experience! If we lived here by far we'd come back!

Cool sports bar located in the heart of Gatlinburg. There's plenty of paid parking available...

We got a fried chicken sandwich and the Hawaiian chicken. Sandwich was 4/5. Hawaiian chicken was served on a bed of rice pilaf and topped with pineapple and teriyaki sauce.

    Overall great experience.

We'd passed by Blaine's many times before giving it a try. The menu board looked intriguing and we were hungry, so in we went.

It was then we were told the restaurant was upstairs. I know I'm out of shape but I swear I felt like I'd just run a marathon by the time I got to the top. We were seated immediately and our server brought us drinks pretty quickly, thank goodness. She took our order (and didn't write it down, which I hate) and the wait began.

The wait wasn't long before our food arrived. My husband got a bison burger that he asked for "as is" but minus the raw onion. What he got was a burger without the raw onion and also the onion straws, which he did want. I ordered a French dip with no horseradish and fries. My order arrived correctly.

Trying to get the server's attention to fix the one order was challenging. While the restaurant was not busy at all, we couldn't find her for the longest time. When she did come over she apologized and brought over a small cup of onion straws that ended up being too hard to eat.

I was told the bison burger was really good. They tend to be on the dry side but this one was not. My French dip was okay...I've had better and I've had worse. It just didn't stand out as being great. The fries were nothing to write home about, either.

With all of the wonderful restaurant choices that Gatlinburg has to offer, I wouldn't put Blaine's on my list of repeats.

Nice sports bar that gets you away from the craziness of the tourist traps around Gatlinburg for a just a bit. The Pit Master burger was done well and the Reuben was a surprise hit with us. We only wish it was a bit easier to access for people like us with bad knees and a bad ankle (too many stairs). Still, good food and a very reasonable price for the area.

Felt unwelcome here. The wait was to be 20 minutes and it wasn't even busy. Our server was just doing her usual script when she realized she offered us sides that don't come with wings. We ordered a side of rice and it was forgotten. Our table wasn't checked on until they saw we were ready to leave. Not to be the harsh critic, I mean circumstances are understandable when there's a lot to handle but it was literally not busy at all with more than enough servers on the floor. Our food came out cold and it was obvious the dishes were sitting there for a while. My fries were literally cold and stale. I was upset because we were looking forward to it. My burger was dry and the bun was already hard by the time it got to me. The wings flavor was probably the only okay thing we experienced here. Will not be back when visiting, we were looking for a nice laid back bar and grill, and that wasn't the experience we got.
